These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of voltecharged.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from voltecharged ("voltecharged," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we do not warrant that this information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update pricing, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Checkout, payment processing, and order management are handled through Shopify and its payment partners, including Shop Pay and Apple Pay. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Shopify) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.
Orders ship from Texas, USA. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To request a return or refund, contact us at support@voltecharged.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging where possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, or as otherwise agreed. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
The voltecharged blender is a small electrical appliance intended for personal, household food and beverage preparation only. Use it only as described in the included instructions. Do not immerse the motor base in water, operate with a damaged cord or housing, or use for any purpose other than its intended use. Improper use may result in injury or product damage and is not covered by any warranty.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to voltecharged and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site relies on third-party services, including Shopify for checkout and payments. The Site may also link to third-party websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or website.
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLTECHARGED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold voltecharged, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@voltecharged.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page, with the "Effective date" updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
